Well this took me FOREVER to do- like several days- forever :|

SO yes a picture drawn for the Panic! at the Disco song "When the Day met the Night!" on their new album "Pretty. Odd."

I pretty much fell completely and entirely in love with the song upon hearing it because it matches these two PERFECTLY!!!

The songs way cute and you should all give it a listen it really is one of the sweetest things I've every listened to :]!

Yes yes all very cute but you can listen to it HERE! [link]

I'd post the lyrics but that's a page stretch and REALLY you should LISTEN to the song instead of just read the lyrics me thinks! :>

So I tried something different with this pic to along with the detail, and the wash- tried to make it look like a page from a story book but also match the "feel" of the album cover 8D

also wanted it to look like Twi is telling the story 8D because Twi is neglected and I don't draw them enough...

Of course Skyler belongs to *NieBakura and Kendra and Twi belongs to myself! (*cloudbabykc!)

Enjoy!

Daily DeviationLooking through *cloudbabykc's gallery I get the impression that this person either wants to be an animator, or has studied animation/cartooning. All the characters are animated and fully of expression. The art style has an old cartoon feel to it, without being old fashioned or out of date. It's nostalgic and comforting. I'm reminded of Smurfs, and other 80's cartoons. When the Day met the Night by *cloudbabykc is full of colour and detail. (Suggested by =Quiddie-2000 and Featured by `misskittyoooo)

Aw man, this is definitely groovy. The colours are liquid slick and I can't get over how well they fit on each side (the day and night theme is worked so well!). Super vibrant but incredibly smooth. I love the variety of hue and line--but it's mad awesome you managed to keep them all consistent and agreeable with eachother (the colours are friends, too...haha). Not to mention the bizarrely adorable 'aw' factor of these two. Peacefully pleasant, man.

Tons upon tons of respect for this awesome style and your freakishly talented ways with orchestrating colour. I can HEAR the song in the picture, yo. Spoooookyyy! ^w^
Thank you! ;; sndjska you make me blush! that means a whole lot that you'd say that man! and I'm really glad you can hear the song in the picture! that makes me feel very accomplished! Thank you!
Wow, epic! I keep tilting my head to look at the different parts. Great job.
